I'm getting a message "outlook blocked access to the
following potentially unsafe attachments: 03).url." on a
message that was sent to me. And there's no link to open

I have a problem in that I have an archive of my email

I am using Outlook 2003, with HTML formatting.  If I type a url in an
email and send it, then go back to the message, copy the url, and
paste it into a new message, outlook adds BLOCKED:: to the beginning
of the url, so if someone tries to click on the url, it does not work.
