It's Outlook Express 2002! Thanks

CLIENT INFORMATION:
-Dell Latitude C840 (P4 1.7Ghz, 512MB, 30GB)
-Windows XP Pro SP1a

I am having a problem that I need to fix right away.  
PLEASE help.
None of my POP3 email accounts will send/receive data.

I am going to be installing Outlook 2003 tomorrow, and
wanted to know what I have to do to get my old e-mails
(in folders as well as in my inbox)into the new version

For some reason the forward Icon is missing from the
