We are using MS Outlook 2000 SP1. When one of our clients attempts to reply back to a message, he gets the following message. "Operation Failed" This seems to happen only when replying back to a message. Any ideas.

Does anyone know anything about setting item level permissions in a public folder? I have a PF with the permissions on the folder set to Owner for a given user, but they can only edit some records and not others. Do I need to do something with admin or directory permissions

I am running Outlook 2000. When I receive an attachment in an email, say Excel, after I change the data and attempt to resend the email with the changes- the changes do not stick.

With Outlook 6 now, when I doubleclick an attachment, I only get choices to Save to Disk or Cancel. What happened to Open? I used to get Open as an option. Thanks

Following steps to add NEWS to my GO menu, no NEWS exists to add. I found the NEWS originally, added it, used it once. NEWS disappeared from GO menu and from Customise options. Cannot find to add again. BUG? Or operator
