We are using MS Outlook 2000 SP1. When one of our clients
attempts to reply back to a message, he gets the following
message. "Operation Failed" This seems to happen only when
replying back to a message. Any ideas.

Does anyone know anything about setting item level permissions in a
public folder? I have a PF with the permissions on the folder set to
Owner for a given user, but they can only edit some records and not
others. Do I need to do something with admin or directory permissions

I have two email accounts set up in Outlook '02 SP3 (10.2627.6626).  When
sending/receiving only the default account is being checked.  Help is

I am running Outlook 2000.  When I receive an attachment
in an email, say Excel, after I change the data and
attempt to resend the email with the changes- the changes
do not stick.

With Outlook 6 now, when I doubleclick an attachment, I only get choices to
Save to Disk or Cancel.  What happened to Open?  I used to get Open as an
option.

Some of my users are having a weird problem.  User's can
see a reply to a message they sent when using the preview
pane, but when they attempt to open the message, it is not
showing the reply, only their original message...  Any

Following steps to add NEWS to my GO menu, no NEWS exists
to add.  I found the NEWS originally, added it, used it
once.  NEWS disappeared from GO menu and from Customise

Does anyone know of a known bug with attaching a document using send to mail
recipient?  If I right click on a file that I want to attach to an email it
will; it will open a new mail message and put the attachment with it.  I am

I have imported all my email addresses to Outlook Contacts. When I click on
the address book icon they all come up just spiffy, but if I click on a
specific column header to sort by that column it doesn't work. When I used
Outlook Express and brought up the address book this worked ...

When you set up email in Outlook 2003, it sets it up in a
mailbox folder.  We use exchange server, and use a folder
called personal folders to receive email.  Is there a way
to remove the mailbox folder?  In my email, I have
