As a background, we are using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 5.5 We have a mailbox that several users access. Here is the scenario: A new e-mail arrives. One of the users reviews the e-mail, and edits the message by adding text to it, for example, "Reviewed by Tech #1".

I used the File and settings transfer wizard to move my email to my new OS...but, it did not restore any of my Outlook 2003 mail on the new machine...the outlook express was restored OK, but nothing in Outlook 2003 restored.
