I have a user that sees an old version of the global address book then the rest of my users. He is running outlook 2003 how do I sync them up.

Since installing SP3 I have been receiving the error

There is the option to add to Contacts but no option like
in previous versions to add to the Personal Address Book,
I don't want my personal addresses mixed in with the work

I have two issues, that are probably caused by the same
issue.  I haven't been able to resolve it, and from the
looks of it, neither has anyone else.  
Setup: Office XP Sp3 + TS2000(all the latest patches)

emails sent to my address have suddenly stopped being
shown in either the preview pane or when I click on them.
All I get is a blank email, this is not just new mails it
is also doing the same on the emails that I have saved.

i have fallen in love with the Outlook 2003 junk mail filter.  however
i made the mistake of not turning it on for a long time. the result is
that i have about 2,000 messages in my inbox most of which are junk.
is there any way to have Outlook run the junk mail filter on what is

I just had to use outlook express for my college email
and I was wondering if there was a way to set it up for

we use outlook 2000 with microsoft mail for our internal
email. it has stopped allowing us to open any attachments.
I tried a couple of things I found in the knowledge base
but no help (renaming some of the data files).
