Any way to configure Desktop Alert so that it displays an alert when mail is
received and routed  (via rules wizard) to another folder?
I have many sub-folders in my inbox for specific people, and rules to have
those messages moved upon receipt to the appropriate folder.  But ...

I have OUTLOOK 2000 and I followed directions to add
color to reply's and checked box to add "Howard's
comments" to each area of an email that I'm replying to
that needs a comment in the body. On my desktop I see

Every time we open an email or an appointment, the
windows automatically go full screen. We want them to
stay small, but have no idea how to do this.

I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003.  In Outlook 2000, I had some
rules and I didn't like the results.  Unfortunately, I had difficulties
trying to correct the rules.  They are now in Outlook 2003 and I would like
erase all rules and start from scratch.  How may I do this?

I'd like to move my contact list, calandar information, inbox and
outlook file folders to a new computer.  I assume these are each
stored in separate files and they can simply be copied to the new
computer?  If so, where can I find out the names of the individual

I finally convinced my wife to replace her computer. We moved from Win 98 &
Office 97 (OL97/98) to Win XP Home & Office 2003 pro.
I installed the new computer on our home network to facilitate moving her
data and everything works okay but Outlook. I copied her old Outlook.pst

Why can't I save my animated graphics (gifs) through Outlook 2003?  How can I solve this problem?

Since Outlook made its debut in Office 97, Outlook will not close properly
after I shut it down.  I'm now using Office Outlook 2003, and STILL have
