My boss e-mail is full of spam. He's asking me to modify his address and set an automatic reply on his old mail address. I think I have to create a fake win2K account and assign it my boss old mail address. Then set an auto reply on this user. I have tried with Outlook rule

Does anyone know how I could merge forms or letters to a group in Outlook. I know how to send one letter to a group but not a personnalized letter to each recipient in a group in Outlook.

Is there a simple way to use Outlook to read or work with email in mailboxes created in Eudora (ver. 4)? I had heard mention of "exporting" or "importing" email folders, but have not found commands for that in menus.
