Why does my "Junk E-Mail" folder have an icon with the "No" symbol on it whilst my friends is just a plain folder? Both Outlook 2003. I suspect mine was created by the Outlook 2003 install while his might have been created by hand (mine).

Please can you help me. I have a message saying that Outlook removed unsafe attachments in the .eml format. I know that they were definitely not unsafe and I really need them. Is there anyway I can prevent Outlook doing this in future, and is it possible to retrieve

I have Outlook 2000 and the "out of office" option is not showing up under "tools"...so I can't use the function?..anybody know whey it is not appearing?..Thanks Brandy

As far as I know, Exchange server 2000 doesn t support OL 2003 download header. The only work around I know is to open POP3 service on Exchange server. However, I really need a way to do this on client side. Any suggestion is welcome including telling me it is by-design doubtless ...
