How do I change the default location of my PST files?  I

Within Outlook 2003 I can't permanently install the newsreader. After
installing the "News" button on my toolbar, the first time I clicked on
"News" the Outlook Newsreader worked fine.  But after closing the newsreader
and later clicking on "News" a second time, I got an Explorer-My

I am unable to send emails through Outlook that have attachments, e.g., .jpeg, .doc, .xls, etc.  They make it to the Outbox but no further.  I am using MS Outlook 2002.
