Using Outlook for emails. If I click on a hyperlink in an incoming email, it won't open. It's a standalone PC not on a network. What do I need to do to open hyperlinks in emails? Thanks.

How can I set up a rule that sends messages with a blank From: address to the spam folder or just deletes them altogether? I'm being inundated with these messages. I have Outlook 2002 with Windows XP Pro.

I am unable to connect to send email from Outlook 2003 to an IMail Server. This is a new problem, I was able to do this prior but within the last week I cannot send email. I am able to connect to the server and download email.

My Broadband connects automatically when I open any internet-reliant application. With OUTLOOK2002 it offers me the option to "Hang-Up" everytime I exit it. It doesn't do this with any other application. Is there a way to disable auto-disconnect?

I installed Outlook 2003 over Outlook 2000. All new features went fine, except the new icon. When I minise Outlook 2003 to the system tray, the icon displayed is that of Outlook 2000. How can I correct this?

How can I archive mail without a receive date. Outlook requires that one specify a date when archiving. An old KB entry pertaining to OL97 claims this was resolved in OL98, but I have OL02 and have this problem.

Outlook 2003 will not send email - I get "processing message", which eventually times-out with "mail not sent - unknown error". - I can receive messages without problems - In account setup, all settings test OK.
