i can not send e-mail in outlook express, recieve is not a
problem, i have done all that my provider has helped me
with, and they thought something may be wrong with just
the send mode would be wrong and told me to contact you,

I at one time had all my incoming e-mails set where they
would make a new contact in my contact list. How do I
make that happen again?

When I am attaching documents to my email, they are no
