i have an annoying problem with outlook 2003. the "recieved" time stated for incoming emails is 1 hour earlier than the computer's clock and when i send meeting notices the replies show the meeting time as 2 hours

With the Desktop Alert feature in Outlook 2003 there are several options you can perform on the message--open, flag, delete, and from the drop down arrow you can also mark as read.
