To Auto-process rules at startup, is there a setting somewhere? I only have one rule to delete messages after 7 days from recieved. to this point I must run rule manually for each ng subscribed to. I Would like to Process all subscribed ng at startup.

I accidentally deleted a folder that contains some emails that I desperately need. I closed out after accidentally deleted them which erased my "deleted items". I am running XP. Is there any way I can recover them?
