I have not been able to attach to the msn servers for
about 5 days.  I have not changed the outlook account
info but am now getting an error message saying either

Just a simple question that may be a common curiosity:

This one is a bit of mystery to me...
When User A sends an email to User B, it just vanishes.  
User B never receives it, and User A doesn't get it
bounced back.

Can Outlook 2003 synchronize with OWA?  I only have OWA
access to my clients exchange server.  I've done it with
Entourage, but Outlook is much less intuitive... or maybe
it cannot be done?

I have a user who using Windows 2000 had used Notes to create hyperlinks to
folders (ie directories, not email folders) on his machine. For example in
Outlook he had created an email folder called Projects. He had then created

I am attempting to sync my phone (Nokia 3650) with Outlook. It either fails,
or Outlook tells me a program is attempting to open Outlook, and how long do
I want to allow access. If I say 10 minutes, my Datasync software can open
and read my Outlook contacts, but then can't access ...
