In 2002 I could forward a drafted message with a delay of so many days. It would actually SEND the composed mail to the server which would hold it until the specified date/time of delivery. No worries left for me, I could shut down my pc and leave and it would still get delivered

I and other users on my SBS2003 Exchange network have enabled "Show this folder as and Address Book". The problem is, I can't see their contacts in my address book and they can't see my contacts. How can I see contacts from another user so I can send e-mail to that contact?

One of my users have Outlook 2003 and has the preview option enabled so when he click on a message it shows up in the pane. When he does this it take about 5-7 sec for that message to appear down there. Not sure when this is happening, all the other users on that mail server work ...
