I use Outlook 2000 - SP3 with security update and I
occasionally experience Error 0x800ccc15. When I do,
there is nothing I can do (closng outlook, rebooting,
etc) that will restore email service except deleting my

I have a customer that is running Exchange 5.5 on an NT
4.0 box and they have several stores that are running the

I have created a form in Outlook 2002 for a message and I
am unable to print the form. When I fill out the form and
do a file print it only prints the email header and

I am developing a web based application which provides a signup form and
saves the data in both a CSV file and an MS Access database.
The object is to import the file/database into MS Outlook.

In 2002 I could forward a drafted message with a delay of so many days. It would actually SEND the composed mail to the server which would hold it until the specified date/time of delivery. No worries left for me, I could shut down my pc and leave and it would still get delivered

For some reason, the option to save emails as a .doc is
not available. I have both options for use WORD for the
editior and viewer choosen.

I have set up a pop 3 email account (Cable email account)
according to the settings from my service provider. I can
receive email with no problem. When sending, I get an

I and other users on my SBS2003 Exchange network have enabled "Show this folder as and Address Book". The problem is, I can't see their contacts in my address book and they can't see my contacts. How can I see contacts from another user so I can send e-mail to that contact?

One of my users have Outlook 2003 and has the preview option enabled so when
he click on a message it shows up in the pane. When he does this it take
about 5-7 sec for that message to appear down there. Not sure when this is
happening, all the other users on that mail server work ...
