I want to be able to automatically forwardan e-mail
message to another mailbox not on our server. For
example, when I get a message at work using Microsoft
Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, I also want a copy of

Can anyone tell me why Outlook & Outlook Express now force Messenger to pop
up? I don't want to use Messenger.

The rule reponds internal but not to external address.

I am having a problem accessing a calendar located within a public folder on
an Exchange 2000 server.  I continue to get the error:

We are currently running MS Exchange 2003.  We are
experimenting a problem with our users using POP3.  The
problem is that each time the users connects to our
server, it downloads all of the e-mails every time.  The
deleted, unread msgs still appear in XP login21 May 2004 14:57 GMT1
I intentionally deleted some unread email and emptied the
Deleted items folder. However, my WinXP login continues to
state that I have n unread msgs.
How can I get XP to 'realize' these emails are long gone?

messages from server but its not there in any version of

I am running a brand new installation of Outlook 2003 on XP SP1 & all
messages formatted plan/text display as one big paragraph.
I tried unticking the "Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages"
option but it did not work.

I am using Outlook 2000.  When I press To: on a new e-
mail, the names for my contacts are first last.  I would
like them to be last, first.  I tried going into the
Tools, options, contact options, name and filing options

My attachments does not arrive on the other side. Seems to
be a problem  when Outlook Express is used on the
receiving side.
