Trying to export Outlook 2000 Address book to a .CSV
file.  I carefully map out all the fields I want to
transfer but when I check the excel spreadsheet it
creates, the email field has "SMTP contact first name

I am trying to use Outlook 2003 to send business email.  I just want clean
looking messages.  When I view a sent message or someone replies to one I've
sent, the original text looks really messy.  There are line breaks where I
wouldn't expect them to be, etc.  My automatic signature ...

I'm sure this has been asked and answered a google times; I'd just like to
make sure. I'm migrating this system from Win2k to XP, and want my Outlook
data - mail and contacts - to be imported into the fresh install of Office.
Do I just export the stuff I want from the File | Export ...

I have an issue that I have been unable to resolve.

any message that I send and for the most part any message
