When I set my accounts up in Outlook, I clicked
the "Remember password" box. But everytime I click send
and receive, it asks for the passowrd again and the box is

Whenever someone sends me an HTML mail message, Outlook
sees it as plain text.  When I open the mail message, the
View->HTML menu selection on the message is grayed out.

My client would like to add a privacy act message at the
top of his emails (like you would a signature), however he
wants it to automatically appear at the top without having
to scroll it to the top.  Is there anyway to do this?  So

At one time, I had Business Contact Manager up and working.  Then I
installed some software for my phone - which totally hozed Outlook.  I
then uninstalled the phone software and reinstalled Outlook

We are currently running MS Exchange 2003.  We are
experimenting a problem with our users using POP3.  The
problem is that each time the users connects to our

So I just started using Outlook 2003 and I noticed that it was always
capitalizing the first letter of words on a new line, which really irritated
me until I found the setting in the Options panels to turn that feature
off.  But then I was really confused why MS would make that ...

We have recently switch to Outlook through our exchange
server and I have my own mailbox plus I am a delegate for
our tech support mailbox.  I have the tech support
mailbox "mounted" as an additional mail box.

I have one user who is unable to send new email via our
Outlook Web Access.  If he attempts to reply to an email,
it sits in his "drafts" folder and does not get sent.

I believe I have all configurations correct.  I can

In Outlook 2003 when I open a new e-mail the e-mail is at
60% zoom instead of 100% I have to go into views/zoom and

When attempting to insert an attachment, Outlook freezes
when trying to open any folder. This is a new behavior, it
has worked flawlessly up until now. It will also no longer
send from Word.

I have a few users (and I noticed it on my own pc too) who
are saying when they are in Outlook Today and click on
Customize Outlook Today, nothing happens.  It's supposed
to allow you to add folders, etc., but actually nothing
