Whenever someone sends me an HTML mail message, Outlook sees it as plain text. When I open the mail message, the View->HTML menu selection on the message is grayed out. Any suggestions on how I would get it to render the HTML

We have recently switch to Outlook through our exchange server and I have my own mailbox plus I am a delegate for our tech support mailbox. I have the tech support mailbox "mounted" as an additional mail box.

When attempting to insert an attachment, Outlook freezes when trying to open any folder. This is a new behavior, it has worked flawlessly up until now. It will also no longer send from Word.
