Exchange 5.5. We'll be upgrading to Exchange 2003 later this year but

I have seen e-mails that people send to me that have the to line and subject
line in the e-mail in red font when I receive it. How is this done? I use
both Outlook 2000.

I have two people:  MGR and ADMIN.  In MGR's Outlook, I configured ADMIN to
be a delegate, with "Editor" permission to the Inbox (and everything else
for that matter).
