When I opened my MS Outlook 2000 SR-1 program all the groups that I had
created under the shortcuts bar had disappeared.  The std. groups (Outlook
Shortcuts, My Shortcuts & Other Shortcuts) are there.  My
Outlook.pst file seems to be intact but I can't get to email that I had

My hard drive is experiencing problems and I need to get

When you copy and paste a hyperlink into a message in Outlook 2000, the link
is not active. I have to put a space after the URL by hand to make it
