Help!
No doubt this is simple for many except me....I have my
service with cox.net....I added an additional e-mail
address for my wife.  The question is, when I open up my

Has anyone been able to get their Palm device to sync
with Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager.
Intellisync does not support this yet.

I get two error messages after archiving in my deleted folder. The messages say (1) error while archiving folder tasks in store archive folders and (2) error while archiving folder tasks in store personal folders
All the other folders archive OK
Can anyone help?

when I write a new email or reply to an email, I am unable
to send it.  I have to close it and it goes into the draft
file, where I then move it to the outbox.  Even in the
outbox I am unable to send it.  Please help me.  Thank you.

My Outlook Express does not start, when I try to access
newsgroups using Explorer. I type news:// and the Pop up
complains that it cannot find MSOE.dll. I've XP home
edition with Small Business Office.

We currently have all our staff laptops running Office 2000. We have since
then got our selves a Exchange 2003 box and have been told that under the
Exchange 2003 licence we can install Outlook 2003 on all our laptops that

I have a problem with Outlook 2003, when trying to download
messages from pop3 server. I have 2 pop3 accounts and 1
imap 4, messages from them are downloaded in Outlook but

I access my email at work using "OWA".  It seems out of the blue I can no longer open an email to read it.  But I can move from box to box and even delete emails but I simply can't open one to read it nor can I compose an email.  I do not have a pop-blocker.  Any information ...

I'm running Outlook 2002, SP3. I want to back up the
address book but the backup utility doesn't seem to do
it. I looked in the knowledge base and it says to back up
a "PAB" file. Yet a search of my hard drive shows no such

I'm running outlook 2003, most if the time over VPN with
the office server, but also locally.
In both, when I close outlook (file/exit), a process stays
reside in the memory and an icon on the low right side of

We did a clean install of XPP and Office 2K3 - imported settings via wizard
and all was well.  I had always had the "News" button at the top of my
Outlook menu bar and it was indeed imported via the settings.
However, it did not work and only pointed to the directory 1033...so I

I get an error every time I open Outlook 2003 that says:
"The add-in "C:\WINDOWS\System32\AdMailOK.1" could not be installed or
loaded.  This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help
menu."
