We do not have a network server but would like to be able
to share a calendar. Is this possible on a network where
we can only share files?

In Outlook 2002 there are a couple items I cannot locate
that are available in Outlook Express.  I'm wondering if
anyone knows if these features are available, but hidden
or just not there.

When I am sending an email and I clik on "Send To" a
window pops up with the names in my address book. However
they are alpha by first name. How do I change so that
they will be displaned last name alpha?

Have a user that has exported contact list from a Palm
which is a aba format file and we need to figure out a way
to import it to OL 2003. So does anybody know a way to do
this without using pocket mirror or some other program

Is there a way to clear the items listed in the File/Open
menu?  i.e.  Someone's inbox/calendar that I opened at
some point for troubleshooting purposes?  I know how to
do it for the calendar/contacts, etc in the navigation

I can not view any attachaments that come with my email.

We use Sage line 50 and send mail via Outlook to recipients.   This has
stopped working.  We've reinstalled Sage, reinstalled Office 2000, removed
and reinstalled both and even installed office 2003 to try and get it
working again.

I'm using outlook XP, everytime I print the message, the header is always in
much bigger font than body text. I don't know how that happens.
