Can someone tell me if this is a bug. When you have the policy, "Empty Deleted Items folder upon exiting" turned ON your recovered deleted items does not work. When the policy is OFF it works. Can someone from MS tell me if there is a fix for this or what might be happening?

I use Outlook 2000 and I have Outlook profile setup on one of my machine. I wish to copy the same profile on a different machine. How do I do that? Are there any export and import options for profiles ? thanks for the help.

We have a Sony Vaio running Windows XP Pro and using Outlook XP. On occasion a recipient will receive mutiple copies of the same message sent from this machine and no other. Do you have any ideas why that would happen?
