On Outlook Express is there any way I can send blind
copies without selecting names from my address book? I
want to paste about 60 email addresses but there is no Bcc

I'm trying to find out how to create links to adobe files or other websites
from an Outlook email.  I know how to create a hyperlink, but what if I want
something more aesthetically pleasing, like a button or highlighted text to
select to take me to this other location or open up ...
