Links wont open, i have searched google for the methods available, and have tried the "Open With" advice and so on, yet links in outlook still dont open in a new browser -- they dont even open at all..

for some reason outlook signature is greyed out it was working at one time and we created a new profile and then set up the outlook client and at the point is when this happen. ive seen this before but can not remember what i did to fix it.....
