Here is what we are trying to do. We have an exchange server. We have people with laptop pc's running outlook. Out office manager keeps track of telephone numbers and appointments. Al this information is online when the user logs in to the exchange server.

I can't see the "Global Address List" in the "Add" button under the Delegates tab (Tools -> Options). This happens after I upgrade the Microsoft Outlook 2000 to Microsoft Outlook 2003 client and this only happens in Microsoft Outlook 2003 client. Any ideas ?

Just set up a new user on network (Win2000). Loaded Outlook 2000 on system (Win98se). Ran Outlook, it pointed to a different users mailbox, changed to correct mailbox. Every thing seemed OK. Then the other user

I am using Outlook2000 and changed the "Outlook Today" page style to "Winter" to see what it looked like. Now there is no "Customise" link to revert to default. Is there an option buried in the menus somewhere? I can't find it.

I just had to install a new drive and before doing that I backup my outlook.pst files and the other files in that directory. After installing the new drive, Windows XP, and Outlook 2003 I setup up Outlook and the exited it. Then I copied my old .pst and other files over
