Why is it that this filter works with all connection types except dialup? this is on a W2K machine with SP4 and all critical updates and all office updates (office XP). Has anyone dealt with this yet?

Some time ago, a third-party add-in was recommended so that Outlook 2000 could be used for a Word email merge. (It disables the security prompt for each email sent!) Would anyone know the URL for this products?

I can't seem to drag a message from my inbox to one of my folders anymore. I used to be able to and I can't figure out what's changed. Any help would be appreciated.
