I no longer have the file drop down menu in Outlook Web
access.  Therefore I can no longer go to file > save as >

    This is a follow up post.  I'm having a problem with Outlook 2000
Professional freezing on me a few seconds after I start it.   The other

I have outlook 2003 and using Business Contact Manager. I
can create business contacts just fine and personal
contacts just fine. When I try to create a new Account or
a new Opportunity I get the message "Microsoft Forms" -

On two Windows XPp machines, Outlook 2000 mail is
received, but does not appear in the inbox until you do
something to refresh the inbox, like clicking on the
