I'm new to using OE as a newsreader as I use Agent at home. Two questions, pls, and I hope that I'm in an okay ng to ask them (?): 1) How do we "re-dl" headers? If I miss a message and then accidentally delete it in Agent, I can just have Agent re-dl them. Does OE do this?

Hello friends, I just installed Outlook 2003 on a one our users' machine, and I am unable to find other shortcuts outlook bar group. He needs to access my documents folder from Outlook, how can he do this in outlook 2003? Thanks.

I have a customer who's laptop and PC came pre-installed with Office XP. I've recently added a SBS 2003 server, and I've installed Outlook 2003 onto his laptop so he can connect via RCP over HTTPS. (This works fantastically well BTW)

We recently upgraded to Office 2003. Since then, my boss has been having problems with his attachments in outlook. If he has it set to HTML, whenever he inserts an attachment, it is embedded in the text of the message wherever his cursor is rather than on an "Attachments" line ...
