Mail Merge to an email message16 Jun 2004 23:10 GMT1
When I attempt to use the mail merge option to send an
email message to a list from a database, I get to the
end, hit the merge button, and nothing happens.  Nothing
gets sent.  What am i doing wrong?

In Outlook (2002), I can send e-mail normally using
address book,type-in address, etc.  But on rrofessional
organization boards, Monster, etc. When I click on the e-
mail address I want to send mail to I get "Can't create

The "organize" function is not under the "Tools" heading
in Outlook SP-3.  It is on my laptop with SP-2.
Did SP-3 get rid of this utility? or is just in a
different location.

where the emails are inserted into the BCC line, and not
the TO line.

Confusing situation.  ISP support has never heard of this
problem, hopefully someone here has.
3 people share a mailbox. One of them sends an e-mail.

Email can't display in "Inbox" folder but can be found by

Outlook 2003 won't shutdown normally16 Jun 2004 22:24 GMT2
If I have OL2003 running when I do a Shutdown in W2K, the next time I boot
up, OL grouches that it wasn't shut down normally the last time and it does
a PST repair scan.  If I close it first before doing a shutdown this doesn't
happen.  I know - just shut it down first, but just one ...

I keep receiving an error message when I try to open a JPG

I have a 3g data card i use to connect to the internet. When I use this I need to use the outgoing smtp or send.vodafone.net
When i am logged into the internet via either dial up or broadband I need to use the usual smtp of smtp.normaloutgoingserver.co.uk
