At our remote sites, users logged in through Terminal Server have complained that they can not send attachments. At the main office I get a message if I try to attach warning about the attachment.

do outlook mail rules get as granular as being able to move a message based on a specific attachment within the email? I know you can move it if the mail contains an attachment but can you move it based on a specific attachment?Thanks!

I'm running OL 2003 with a POP3 server. From what I can tell an automated "out-of-office" message is only possible if I'm using an exchange server. Is there a workaround for this given that I'm using a POP3

I have several accounts and move each to a different directory. I also have the junk email filter turned on. I can see the junk email go into the appropriate folder and then get moved to the accounts folder. How do I set the junk rule to either run after the other rules or to not ...

I've been having a problem with my Outlook freezing when I click the "Reply" button to an email. I've tried it with the email open, and then with the email closed but using the "Reply" button.

Hoping someone can help with this.... Even though I specify the smtp servers I want to use for outgoing email all my messages get routed directly through AOL (via smtp-loh03.proxy.aol.com) when I'm on dialup.

Exchange 5.5, sp4 - we are now starting to use Outlook 2003 which is blocking what it feels are unsafe attachments - so I have 2 questions. Is there a way to turn this OFF and what does Outlook do with those attachments - can I retrieve them from somewhere?
