Hi I use Outlook Contacts \ Notes to do basic CRM it great. I wish to be able to create a date / time entry as I call a contact. The format would be dd/mm/yy HH:mm. It could be accessed from a key combo or a button attachable to the menu.

When I send out an appointment request, the time of the appointment is being changed (typically by an hour later than the actual time). Both my pc and the recipient's pc's are set to the same time zone and time. Any ideas?

I cannot view any newsgroup messages in the preview pane. The only way i can view it is to "reply" then i see the message below my reply. I have Win XP Pro, and Outlook 2003. Any help is appreciated. (My outlook / email works fine).

Sometimes an email is forwarded to me (from a known address) which was forwarded several times before reaching me. To open the attachment I, several times, have to "open" the file just to get to the actual message.
