I am having problems with archiving my outlook folders. I have saved the files as pst files, but they will not open - the error message says "access denied" no permission- it also says the properties must be defined

In Outlook 2003 whenever you click on contacts you have to hit Ctrl 6 to get an expanded folder view. Is there any way to get Outlook to always show the folder view expanded? John

I'm running Outlook 2003 on my machine and am having an extremely irritating problem with the signature formatting. I compose my messages in text and my signature is text - no html. In the signature setup and in the compose window of my messages my signature looks fine:
