PST file via Tools-Services-Personal Folders
There is no Services option in Tools in the "Internet Only" version of

Our network guy reinstalled Windows 2000 on one of our workstations and left

I am having trouble accessing some attachments to e-mails.  Outlook removed
access to them.  I have adjusted the following reg key

In Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003, under the Insert Menu
is an option for Item.  This then allows you to insert
another email into the email you are sending.
In Outlook 2002 this is not an option on the Insert Menu.

have an auto respose sent to anyone who emails Tom that
