On the Corporate or Workgroup version of Outlook I can select location of a PST file via Tools-Services-Personal Folders There is no Services option in Tools in the "Internet Only" version of Outlook.

In Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003, under the Insert Menu is an option for Item. This then allows you to insert another email into the email you are sending. In Outlook 2002 this is not an option on the Insert Menu.
