I am using Outlook 03. I have set up a few messages in my outbox, my question is this. Do I need to be in Outlook for the messages in my Outbox to be sent? Any help will be appreciated.

My Outlook will send and receive emails, but I cannot access any of the folders, sent/deleted/outbox etc etc without outlook crashing. Also I cannot exit outlook without it crashing and creating an error report to send

I apologise if this is the wrong forum or more likely a very stupid question. When using exchange server 5.5 am I am right in thinking that all outlook information (emails, contacts, calendar entries) is stored in a .pst file

The computer we are working on originally had Office 2003 Enterprise Edition. The computer was changing hands so we wiped out Office 2k3. We installed Office XP using an extra license we had sitting around.

How to the defualt outlook message form to forward only the subject information. I change the action of a new message while in design view. Published the form but I cannot make Outlook use the form.

After exiting Outlook 2000 properly, unless I go into the Task Manager screen and manually shut down Outlook it will remain open. The next time I try to go into Outlook it hangs up for a while. I have to go back into Task

My users are using hot bars in outlook that contains graphic icons and other thing that are not allowed in the company. is there a way to remove it without having to go to every workstation. I am using win2K AD, Exchange 5.5 and Outlook XP.

always used the pfbackup.exe without issue. Updated to the newer version and viola..no longer backs up on it own. Uninstalled and re-installed the older version but no luck. I can do a manual backup but for some reason it won't remember to do an automatic back up.
