When I write a new outlook 2000 e-mail from scratch, The
subject line no longer appears under the "from" and "to"
lines.  I have tried looking at forms, restoring my
computer using XP, and reinstalling office 2000.  It is

In Outlook 2003 does the Rules Wizard-if configured--allow
all sent messages to be BCC'd in addtion to CC'd?  Outlook
2000 only give the option to CC sent messages in the Rules
Wizard. I'd like to know this before I go with an upgrade.
