When I open Outlook 2000 latest service packs applied, it runs fine for about 2 minutes. Then it crashes and dialog window appears that says: Outlook has caused some errors and will be shutdown. a log file is being generated.

Is it possible to assign an activity to a group of contacts (e.g. a list of contacts in a specific category) by filtering or searching by the category then inputting details of one activity (e.g. a journal entry) but gets linked to each contact? Thanks

Until this morning, I was using Outlook Express and my configured hotmail account was working fine. Today, after I installed Outlook 2003, it automatically picked up my hotmail account and worked like a breeze.

I have an Imap account (my only e-mail account in Outlook). It works fine but it creates it as a secondary to the default folders in Outlook. I'd like Outlook to go to my inbox in my IMAP account when I open it as my other folders have no activity since I don't have any POP ...
