Why am I included as recipient in a Reply-to-All?23 Jul 2004 23:03 GMT1
Question from my CEO:  When I respond to a message by
clicking on Reply-to-All, my own address is included in
the list of recipents.  Is there any way to make Outlook
automatically send the response to everyone EXCEPT me?

I have Norton Internet Security 2004 with Norton Anti-Spam, Windows 98SE and
OL 2002 SP3.    The Norton Anti-Spam installs a "This is Spam" button in OL
that is to be clicked when a spam makes it into the Inbox.  I just did a MS

Does anyone knows that how many email boxes that I can
have in Outlook 2002?  I had one POP3 and one hotmail and
worked great.  When I added another POP3, it started to
have all kinds of problem.  Is it normal?

In my Outlook 2003, I have a search folder that finds items older than
12 months.  This works great EXCEPT it does not find items in my
deleted items.  Any idea why or how to fix?

I had this feature on my OUTLOOK at my workplace but do

I'm doing an offline synchronization, and almost all the
emails carry over, but for some reason, mails from May
and June don't carry over.  I checked the filters and
nothing is on.  Any suggestions??

The oulook doesn't keep the password. When we do a pop3
connection, ask for the password adn we enter, and
putting a check mark in "save password", but when close
outlook it looses and we have to enter again. i'm running

Users are going through the archive process either
manually or it's set automatically.  The only thing that
gets archived is the folder structure (Inbox and
subfolders, sent items, etc.).  The actual email does not

MS Instructions say to configure the client by going to Tools|Accounts|More
Settings and Connection Tab.
Then they say to look in the "Exchange over the Internet" pane.
What pane? I don' t have it in O2k or O2003 versions.
