I use Outlook Express 6 & i don't have the "out of office
assistant", so i tried to use Microsoft's directions
("Create an Out of Office Message" then "How to Create an
Out of Office Rule"). It worked except for the fact that

On a pretty good Win XP PC, I need to upgrade from Outlook Express 6 to
Outlook 2000.  I installed Outlook and it imported all the

In my Inbox, I have about 10 folders I use to sort incoming mail
automatically (with rules).  Since I've upgraded to Outlook 2003, the
envelope only displays for mail that doesn't get sorted into a folder,

it seems that some of my users have started to call the techs and asking

I use Outlook 2002.  When I receive an email with an
attachment, the attachment remains in a file named "OLK35"
even after the email has been permanently deleted. OKL 35
is located in my temporary internet files.  I can not find
