Whenever I send an email, hit "send" the PC crashes. It basically reboots after showing a blue screen for 1 - 2 seconds. I can't read the error message(s) since the screen is only viewable for a second.

Currently, when I open Outlook 2003 it always opens in "Personal Folders". How do I get Outlook to always open in my "Inbox"?
