I can not start outlook xp. I get an hourglass as if it
is trying to start but nothing. I repaired my files with
the original cd and nothing. I unistalled and reinstalled
Office and nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?

When creating mail in Outlook Express the bottom line of
the text will not automatically scroll up so I can see
what I've written.  I have to use the scroll bar to bring

After I run a windows xp repair on a users pc it won't
connect outlook to the exchange server. It gives me a msg
that the domain is unavailable although she logs into the
domain and can use all other network functionality.

    I'm using Outlook 2000.  I have a rule called "Kill File".  It
looks at a sender's address.  I'd like to add another sender to it.  I
can't get the "Rules Wizard" to let me do that.  I'd really like to
avoid the Wizard and just open up the rules and add another sender.

I have a software which controls the no-break of my
servers. This software send email when something goes
wrong. I configured the account but it cannot send the
email because Outlook doesn't permit another application
