Have a user who is typing in a partial name in the "To"
field. Outlook provides that red underscore which you
right click on, which then offers you the choices that
closely match what you typed in.

I have an issue with adresse autopick feature on o/l 2003.
Every time I log out and log back in, I lose address cache
and am forced to type the whole address. Is there any
setting for persistent address cache that I need to enable

Why do some of my names show up with the first name , first and some show up with the last name first.

After I have my IP running and I minimize the window and
start outlook 2002 the ip disconnects, does anyone have

I am using Outlook 2000.
I just sent an email, I then went to sent items and it wasn't there.
I have checked drafts and the outbox and it isn't there either.
I have checked that the sent items folder is sorted by date so it should be

Just had a quick look at a friends computer who runs his own business, he
can't send mail with Outlook.
Mail leaves his PC via his ISDN router, goes around his ISP's network for
3-4 hours and then bounces back.  Tried with Outlook express and it works
