I am trying to set up my Outlook so that I can access my
Hotmail account through it. I am getting an error msg
saying "cannot find POP3 server"... How ro I correct

Does anyone know why a PDF file attachment that comes in
through Outlook Express opens up as a word docoment and
not a PDF file.  I have Adobe installed.  If I save the

I'm having an email problem with Outlook 2002.  When I
finish reading an email then close the message, the email
disappears and cannot be recovered.  How do I fix this
problem?  I've done the virus scan, no problem there.

We have a user in our company who has a problem with his
Inbox email.  When he came in this morning and opened
Outlook 2000, his computer started duplicating emails in
his In Box.  Some of the emails are as old as February

We keep all roaming profiles on shared server, with their
profile mapped to it. I need to know how to add Microsoft
Outlook 2000 to a roaming profile. This is new to me.

I have a signiture to appear for one account.  When I bring up new mail and
switch to that particular account, no signiture.  It works on forwards and
replies.

I'm having a weird problem every time I close Outlook 2003, I get a dialog box
asking if I want to save "normal.dot", and then even if I click Cancel the only
way to close Outlook is to use the TASK MANAGER and use the "terminate process"
I would like to know what to do to fix this

I have just discovered that when you double-click a Word file attached
to an appointment item (although I imagine it will be the same for other
items too), Outlook does not open the actual file, but takes a copy and
puts it in the temp folder and opens that.
