I used to be able to create an outlook object, take rich text from the rich
text control and put it in an outlook message and send it.
In the latest versions of outlook, it doesn't interpret the text as rich
text.  What am I missing?

Everything I'm reading says that a sample outlook.prf file and
newprof.exe is included in the Office 2000 Resource Kit. I've searched
for these files on two systems with the RK installed and they aren't

Sorry, I started to write a message earlier which got posted before
completing with an accidental keystroke.
I use OL 2003 and have a box on my toolbar which shows up when I am
accessing email and when accessing contacts.  It is right next to the Find

User A has delagated full editor permissions for all
Outlook 6 folders to user B.
When user B adds User A as an additional mailbox to open,

When first synchronizing with a Palm Pilot, I ended up
with multiple duplicate contacts. I have hundreds of names
in my contact list and eliminating the duplicats would be
