I had office 2003 running on my C: drive and I had a major system
crash so I backed up the entire C: drive to D: .. then I formatted and
reinstalled windows XP pro and office 2003. can someone tell me where
on the D: drive I woudld find the contact list and all my folders from

I recently install Outlook on my win 98 machine.  
Outlook works but I have to click on tools send/receive/
in order to retrieve my email. Outlook express would
automatically retrieve email upon startup.  Can Outlook be

Grateful if anyone can help with my frustrating problem.  
Everytime somebody sends me a .jpeg attachement in Outlook
when I double click it says cannot find the file.  Any

I just bought this computer last night and it had a free

I have been unable to receive any url's to web sites that others have sent
me because Outlook says it is blocking an unsafe attachment.
I prefer to make this decision for myself. Is there a way to tell Outlook
2003 to receive these attachments?

outlook 2000 does not offer option to automatically delete a replied or forwarded email from your inbox.  will outlook 2002 or 2003 ?  thanks.

When I reply to a message that is directed to a sub
folder of my inbox the sent message is moved into the
same sub folder rather than the sent items folder.

We recently installed an exchange server and I am
importing my calendar items into the Outlook running on
the exchange server from Outlook running on my PC.  When I
import the calendar items all the appointments are one
