I have recently added business contacts manager to
outlook and started arranging my contacts when I noticed
that contacts that I had moved into my business contacts
manager were no longer available on my windows based PDA

I am using Outlook Express and now try to use Outlook.  But when I try to

A couple of weeks ago, my Win XP Home computer crashed becaused of an ailing
1 year old hard drive.  Since then, I seem to lose all the previous OE
e-mails.  When I use Norton AV2004 to scan for viruses there are none.  The

On Karen's account, when Outlook is opened and the message
is closed, it's automatically deleted. Why?
