I have Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express installed on my
computer.  I notice that Outlook Express allows the user
to switch identities, but this function does not seem to
be available on Outlook.

I had a problem with Office 2003 so I ended up
reinstalling it. Now, when I (try) to close Outlook, it
just minimizes and stays in my task area waiting for me
to open it up again. How do I get this to close out the

I have followed all the prescribed solutions to not being
able to send e-mails and still my e-mail just sits in my
outbox. It does not matter weather I am at work on the
network or at home on a analog phone line. Please help.
