I'm running Outlook 2003 connected to exchange 5.5 in cached mode.
When I try to change my rules and alerts, outlook tells me I'm working
offline, even though I am connected to the exchange. Any one have any
suggestions has to make outlook recognise that i@m infact connected.

I have a two computer network that is using a cable modem. However, when I
use Outlook for email on my laptop, it doesn't have the folders that my
Outlook on my Desktop  computer has. How can I sync them so that when I use
my laptop, the emails I save will be saved on both?

When I click on the folders "For Follow Up" and "Large

is zero size, but the file .pst is over 500mb.  Ran the
pst scan utility, it claims there are no folders/e-mails
in this pst file. DOes anyone know of a utility that can
