all time stamps on the sent and received messages are off by one hour. However, the system time (shown in the lower right hand corner of windows) is correct. Where can I go to check the time stamp in Outlook 2002?

I have set up my Outlook 2003 e-mail inbox to move an email newsletter that I get everyday to a specific folder. But, for some reason, this rule doesn't "move" my email, it only seems to "copy" it.
