I know it's easy to solve, but I couldn't make it:
how can I  change the name of the sender (me) that is shown to the receiver?

An annoying glitch is happening in Outlook (XP Prof
Office version).  It won't maintain the setting that
sends/receives messages at a timed interval.  Also, it
won't hold my password, no matter how many times I check

I recently reloaded Outlook XP and imported all my
personal files back in.  That worked ok, but now Outlook
cannot see my contacts.  They appear in the file, but
when I create a new email and press 'To' I find that

I have both read receipts & delivery receipts set up on
all my outgoing mail.
I then have a rule to move the receipts to a differnt
folder.

I am using Outlook 2003 on my desktop and also on my laptop.  I have rules
set up and they work fine on my desktop, I exported the rules to my laptop

I had to do a major re install of everything.
I have several accounts that I use Outlook for.
It used to be each time I would start Outlook, it would ask me which account
to use.  It would save a .pst for that account uniquely.

i'm having problem viewing the attached file (photo jpg)
from many of my senders. i'm using outlook 2003 SP 1 and
win XP SP2. i recived several emails from many of my
friends but i cannot open the attached file (photo)

When printing an email, I would like to see the 'Attachments' header printed
as well. Appears not to do so on certain email messages. Is it a format
thing? Like HTML versus Rich Text?

Recently I noticed that there are no internet headers in
sent email (highlight an email in Sent Items, click on
Tools, then Options).  This came about because my mother-
in-law is having problems sending emails, some are

Out of 15 users using Outlook 2002 there is only one PC
that has a unbearable lag time while trying to open word
2002 to use as their e-mail editor.
Please help as i cannot find any solution for this other
